Welcome to Jahavel: Mastering Meditation on your Healing Journey. This free course includes five meditations. "Jahavel" means a sprinkling of blessings from the Creator, and this free course is designed to help you master the art of meditation. Whether you're looking to begin your meditation journey or establish a consistent, long-lasting routine, this course will guide you step by step toward inner balance and total Zen. In this course, which is delivered in lesson form for you to self pace, we’ll gently ease into a meditation practice, starting with just a few minutes a day. We provide a total of five meditations in this course, to help you grow and learn. Each session will focus on a key aspect of meditation, connecting the mind, body, and breath to help you develop a practice that truly works for you. Here's what you'll explore: ✨ Tuning into your breath & different breathing techniques ✨ Quieting the mind & releasing tension in the body ✨ Guided visualisation & mindfulness exercises ✨ Tools to deepen your meditation experience ✨ Introduction to the Chakra system, including a Chakra meditation Meditation is a practice that requires patience, curiosity, and commitment. In these lessons, we’ll bring awareness to the body, the mind, and the breath, cultivating peace and presence within ourselves. Go at your own pace, but take a deep breath and let go of expectations.
