This training is delivered to IWC staff to assist them in providing Culturally Safe services by being Culturally Responsive and through this, help you to build bridges of communication and engagement between the two World Views of Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians Learning Outcome 1: Communicate and engage more effectively, understanding how the two World Views of Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples differ but can co-exist for the highest good Learning Outcome 2: Understand Indigenous engagement protocols and how they can apply to you Learning Outcome 3: Understand how perceived power and cultural nuances can create significant barriers Learning Outcome 4: Identify Cultural Responsiveness gaps within your operations. This training has been created from the Voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. A Certificate is provided to participants who complete this training.
